Molex Company is excited to announce changes to its executive management team. Mr. Keith Bennett is resigning as President and will stay on with the company as Executive Advisor. Mr. Derek Puppa has been promoted to President, and Mr. Don Hutton has been promoted to Executive Vice President.
Mr. Bennett states, “The promotions of Derek and Don are overdue. They are largely responsible for the growth of Molex since its relocation to Texas in 2013. During that time, they have earned the full confidence of the Molex family based on their stellar achievements and unquestioned integrity. It has been a blessing of God and my privilege to lead this company, founded by my father in 1985, for fifteen years. Both Derek and Don have distinguished themselves as exceptional leaders, and I step down knowing that the future of Molex is in the right hands.”
Mr. Puppa and Mr. Hutton have each been with Molex over 20 years, serving in a variety of roles that prepared them for their current responsibilities. Please join the Bennett family and the Molex family in congratulating these two and wishing them well.

Keith joined Molex after graduating from UAH with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
2006
A NEW PRESIDENT
Keith Bennett becomes President of Molex.
2009
NEW FACILITY
Molex opens its newly constructed blending and storage facility in Hankamer, Texas.
2013
CHANGING SPACES
Molex relocates its sales, procurement, product development, and logistical operations to the Hankamer facility. The administrative office was left in Alabama.
2014
CERTIFIED
Molex received ISO 9001 certification.
2016
LEADERSHIP CHANGES
Officers were named as follows: Derek Puppa - VP of Operations and Don Hutton - VP of Business Development.
2020
CHANGING OWNERSHIP
Derek Puppa and Don Hutton join Keith as Co-Owners of Molex.

Molex received ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications.
